Terms & Conditions of Adoption Application

A representative of Pawfect Life Rescue will contact you within 3 days of receipt of your application. Please be aware that other applications may have already been submitted and/or approved for the dog(s) you’re applying to adopt. Pawfect Life Rescue updates its website as frequently as possible, adding newly rescued dogs and removing dogs that have been successfully re-homed. If the dog you're applying for has been adopted, a representative from Pawfect Life Rescue will work with you to find a dog that will be a Pawfect fit for you and your family! Pawfect Life Rescue reserves the right to perform a home inspection prior to adoption.

If your application is processed, a “meet and greet” will be scheduled so that you/your family can meet & interact with the Pawfect Life Rescue dog. If you currently have a dog(s) Pawfect Life Rescue asks that your dog(s) accompany you to meet with the dog you’re looking to adopt. The location of this “meet and greet” is chosen at the discretion of a Pawfect Life Rescue representative.

The applicant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pawfect Life Rescue and any volunteer or agent thereof against any and all liability, including any costs and reasonable attorney fees, to third parties or to applicant or those accompanying applicant that may occur during the meet and greet, whether that be in a public place or a private home.
